We’ve got something a bit special lined up that we hope will get December off to an absolutely flying start! Food, drink and Hygge expert Signe Johansen will be joining us at Cogito to talk about (and create) a selection of fabulous drinks from her new book Spirited; a wonderful collection of drinks recipes for all occasions, from cocktails and cordials to classic hot toddies. Those of you familiar with Signe’s work will know what an inspiration she is, and we can’t wait for her visit to get us properly into the seasonal spirit. As well as providing some great ideas for celebratory drinks there’ll also be time for a spot of late-night Christmas shopping in relaxed and convivial surroundings.
